Reducer pipe fittings

The reducer as the name indicates it minimize the flow rate of the fluids that pass through the fittings. Coupling

The coupling is the type of connector that is used in the pipe coupling process with the same diameter pipe. The couplings are also used when there is a leakage in the pipes and in general, there are two types in it. They are compression coupling and the slip couplings.

Compression coupling– they are the regular couplings which are used to connect the two pipes and it prevents the leaking through the arrangements of the gaskets or rubber seals in both the sides of the pipe, sometimes the glue will be provided.

Slip coupling– this type of pipe coupling very easy to install and usually it contains the two pipes that are arranged as one into the other, the inner pipe can slide up to the particular length. So it can be used to fix the long damaged pipes through the slip coupling.
